We firmly believe that reasonable, informed expectations are the best way to prevent disappointment. It starts when you call for the appointment. We write down your requests while on the phone with us. When you drop off your vehicle, we will again review your requests. We may make recommendations to you to have a longer lasting safer vehicle.
