I felt loved and cared for. Yes, Thats right. The team took the time to find out what was going on with my vehicle, discover that it was in a condition that was dangerous to drive, Determined that they were unable to do that Particular repair, And sent me on my way without charging me a penny. Bottom line: care and integrity. Five thumbs-up.

I have brought my Volkswagen here twice now, and both times I was blown away by their fantastic customer service. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, so I always knew what was happening with my car. Their Technician Kyle is very quick with his work and obviously is very talented and their work is priced at a rate that I think is very fair, and I genuinely have no complaints at all. Highly recommend Autohaus for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service! I’m hoping I won’t have to take my car in again for major repairs anytime soon but if I need to, I will definitely come back here!

Have tried a few options around Eugene since moving here 10+ years ago. Tried AH on a neighbors recommendation. First time at Autohaus for my M3. Everyone was super nice, fully answered all my questions, did a great job with the car. Could not be happier. Highly recommend.
