German Auto Repair in Eugene

Autohaus has serviced my Mercedes for years. They know the car, and I trust their judgement on needed service, repairs or replacements. They’re friendly and professional and while they’re not inexpensive, their charges are reasonable for a quality operation. This recent service was for oil change and overall check for upcoming Sesttle trip. In and out when promised.

I will only take my car to Autohaus. They are a great business who cares about their customers. They are easy to communicate with and honest about what your car needs. I have never felt like they are trying to upsell any services and will also look around for the best prices on replacement parts. I trust their entire team and value their expertise. I bought a 2026 Supra and had some not so nice initial work done at the dealership (Kendall Toyota). Feeling very anxious about any other service to be performed on my car, I was referred to Autohaus by a friend of mine (where he takes his mini). Isaiah was excellent, helping me schedule the appointment and also listening to my neurotic concerns when I dropped the car off (oil change after engine break in period). Isaiah called when the car was ready, and reported no concerns from the tech (Ryan). I went to pick up the car, and had a minute to speak with Mike, nice guy (discussed oil change intervals and other stuff). I could tell my car was in good hands. I went home, looked under the hood, and everything looked perfect. I was relieved to have been encouraged to go to Autohaus. I plan using this shop exclusively unless there is something that I might need Kendall to do. Of course I have the 6 year warranty on the car, but I really don't want to utilize that due to how much disappointment I've had with dealing with Kendall. I don't plan on letting the dealership see the car again. I would certainly recommend Autohaus to any one that has a type of car they service. There's a nice drop down list on the homepage of the website outline the make/models of cars they take care of. Excellent experience. So relieved and happy to have been referred to Autohaus.

Good service

I've only ever owned VW Beetles, so finding a shop that truly specializes in foreign vehicles is incredibly important to me. Autohaus has exceeded my expectations every time! Their expertise gives me complete confidence that my car is in great hands, and the staff always greets me with such a warm, friendly welcome. It's rare to find both exceptional service and genuine kindness in one place. I highly recommend Autohaus!

Took my ID 4 to Autohaus to have the brake fluid flushed and refilled based on VW Eugene's recommendation to have it done. Autohaus checked the water content and at 1% it didn't need replacement. 4% is the number for replacement. Really appreciate their honesty. Will go back there if any other mechanical issues occur.
